No. We do not charge standard planning fees. All of our core trip planning work is included when you book through us. In very unusual situations, such as highly complex requests or urgent last-minute needs, we may talk with you about a small service fee before we take on the extra work. These situations are rare, and we are always upfront about them. For almost every trip, your planning fee is zero.
